We noticed that there is currently little stopping bad landlords from continuously stealing from tenants, whether it be fees, going against the lease, charging for broken items that weren't broken, etc. This page will serve as a database of reports received.

Landlord name: Phatthra (Thai)
Issues: Charged 12,000 baht at moveout, including 500bahtx32 for 32 pieces of tape on the wall.
Dates: Rented all of 2013, took 12,000 baht from the deposit.
